Steve has many years experience of innovating business and operating models. His CV includes business development manager for Digitization at Marconi, strategy consulting with A.T. Kearney and PwC and General Manager: Group Business Change at Absa bank. Consulting experiences – such as leading operations transformation at Abbey National, IT transformation at Sanlam and core banking transformation at Standard Bank. A former British paratrooper.
David is a customer engagement expert with over 20 years utilising the latest technology to transform contact operations in both large legacy blue chips and fast-growing innovators. He has deep experience having set up and run outsourced operations for major public firms and led CX transformation programmes. He has led a number of digital citizen management programmes.
Head: Consulting Competency
Michael is a strategy consultant with a specialty in customer-centric digital transformation. He has over twenty years’ experience Financial Services and IT sectors and has worked across a spectrum of start-ups and corporates. Michael cemented his interest in strategy and transformation writing his Masters in Future Studies (cum laude) where he did his dissertation on ‘Adaptive Advantage: how organisations can survive and thrive in the face of disruption and volatility’. His approach to digital transformation is as much about shifting mindsets and leveraging latent knowledge and skills as it is about technology.
Rikus is an experienced Chartered Accountant (SA), having completing his professional training / articles with Deloitte. Rikus served as the Deloitte West Africa CFO leading the finance transformation of the Deloitte West African practises, and also as an Associate Director in Deloitte Africa Finance, where his portfolio included: Shared Services Leader, SAP Implementation Business Director and Finance Transformation lead. Rikus has also held positions in commerce, such as being Finance Director of G4S in Botswana before joining DigiBlu.

Gavin has deep experience in Business Process Management and Enterprise Content Management, particularly in the financial services industry. An accredited Robotic Operating Model Architect, he is DigiBlu’s point man; in first to identify initial candidate processes, conduct opportunity assessments and design process solutions that leverage the power of Intelligent Automation.

Will is a Blue Prism Accredited Technical Architect at DigiBlu. He has over twenty years’ experience in the Financial Services sector. He specialised in Process Management, Project Management and System Development Life Cycle methodologies. He was also a system owner. He looks after the Technical Enablement of our supported technologies.
Vic is an experienced business executive with over 20 years of international business development, management and improvement experience. His experience includes building, transforming and managing businesses across diverse industries. Vic created the UK’s largest Customer Management business in the UK via organic and acquired growth whilst Group COO at Capita plc.
UK: Company Secretary
Martin has thirty years’ experience as a business director with ownership and accountability for IT software development and operations delivery to public and private sector clients. Martin was Group Legal Counsel for a top FTSE company, providing mutually beneficial, ethically delivered services in forty jurisdictions, managing resolution of differences between parties relating to best practice governance, risk, company secretarial, legal and operational services delivery in accordance with contractual obligations. Mutuality of purpose and the highest ethical standards of business conduct have always been top priorities.
